We are looking for an experienced Consumer Rights Paralegal who understands the fast-paced nature of consumer litigation and enjoys speaking with clients, investigating claims, and preparing high-quality draft complaints for attorney review.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Conduct detailed interviews with potential clients
- Review documents, credit reports, collection letters, and account histories
- Identify potential violations under consumer protection laws
- Draft complaints and supporting documents for attorney review
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and needed documentation
- Organize and maintain electronic case files in our case management system
- Assist attorneys with litigation support and case preparation
Qualifications:
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience handling consumer rights matters involving: Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA); Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA); and Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices claims
- Experience drafting complaints and legal documents
- Strong interviewing and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a high-volume caseload
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning and using legal technology and AI tools
