Travel Respiratory Therapist Opportunity – Lodi, California

Assignment Dates: April 6, 2026 – July 5, 2026 (13 Weeks)
Shift: Day Shift | 06:30 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Position: Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT)

Job Summary

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide both basic and critical respiratory care for adult and geriatric patients. You’ll work independently while also guiding and supporting team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer oxygen and aerosol therapies

  • Manage ventilators and assist with advanced respiratory support

  • Perform arterial blood gas draws and pulmonary function testing

  • Monitor, assess, and document patient responses and treatment plans

  • Assist with bronchoscopies and specialized procedures

  • Educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory care

  • Ensure compliance with ventilator and VAP bundle protocols

  • Maintain and manage respiratory equipment

RequirementsCertifications & Licensure (Required)
  • NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

  • California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

Preferred Certifications
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

  • PALS / PEARS

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience (preferred)
