Facility: Heritage Health Care Center – LCCA
Location: Globe, AZ
Address: 1300 E South St, Globe, AZ 85501
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days | 8-Hour Shifts | 32 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $52 – $54/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,664 – $1,728/week
Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and patient education to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life in a rehabilitation setting.
RequirementsActive Physical Therapist (PT) license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care settings preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
PT License – Required
BLS – Preferred
Rehabilitation Hospital / Post-Acute Care
