Description:

Candidate must be able to program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers and self-inspect finished products to blueprint, for accuracy and defects.
Able to receive a drawing/model, program tool paths for part, set up the part in appropriate machine, run part.
Understands appropriate tools for different part requirements
Familiarity with aluminum is a plus.
Has good math skills, understands complex instructions, how to make sure items are designed and built to customer specifications.
Good problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Self-motivated but can take criticism and/or correction.

Requirements:

Software – Mater Cam, SolidWorks, CamPlus.
Certificate or Degree equivalent in Machine Tool Technology or proven equivalent related experience.
Experience with HAAS, Emmegi, and FANUC Controls a plus.
Must have minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC programming.

CNC Programmer/Machinist
