AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Odessa, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year.
This position supports both kindergarten and middle school students on a shared campus and offers an excellent opportunity for a new graduate seeking mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on school-based experience during their Clinical Fellowship Year.

Position Details
- Full-Time, Onsite Position
- 2026–2027 School Year
- Approximately 35 hours per week
- Shared campus serving kindergarten and middle school students
- Duty-free lunch included
Caseload & Responsibilities
The selected SLP-CF will support approximately 45 students with a variety of communication disorders in a traditional blended caseload setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech-language therapy services
- Conducting evaluations and writing reports
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educators
- Participating in IEP meetings and documentation
- Supporting students across academic and social communication needs
This opportunity offers a manageable caseload designed to support early-career clinicians during their Clinical Fellowship Year.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for Delaware SLP licensure
- Graduating in 2026 and preparing to begin Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Passion for working with school-aged students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
