Job Description
Position Purpose
Ensuring the efficient operation of machines and equipment through routine inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, as well as participation in preventive actions to minimize production downtime.

Scope of Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensuring process compliance with ISO, health and safety, and environmental standards
- Comply with occupational health and safety rules as well as fire protection regulations.
- Maintaining the mechanical efficiency of machines and equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving faults
- Assembly, installation, and commissioning of new production machines and equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical faults
- Carrying out inspections and preventive maintenance of machines
- Optimizing machine operation – mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics
- Cooperating with other departments to provide ongoing technical support
- Preparing technical documentation and post-intervention reports
- Training, supervision, and mentoring of junior employees
- Participation in technical audits and optimization projects
- Supporting junior mechanics
- Initiative and participation in continuous improvement projects and optimization initiatives
Requirements and Competencies
Education
- Vocational or technical secondary education – mechanics, mechatronics, electromechanics
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair work
