Surgical Technologist

This role supports surgical services in a structured operating room environment with clearly defined workflows and expectations. The surgical technologist assists during procedures by maintaining sterile technique, preparing instruments, and supporting the surgical team throughout cases. The schedule is primarily daytime with on-call responsibilities, and the department values reliability, organization, and calm, team-based collaboration.
