We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney in North Carolina to join our legal team. As an Associate Attorney, you will provide legal services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation. The successful applicant will have excellent research skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research to support litigation

- Provide legal advice to clients with consumer debt

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing counsel

- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

- Collaborate and support staff to achieve case goals


Experience:

- Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

- Significant experience in litigation

- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements

- Strong analytical skills

- Experience with law office software and tools

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work


Skills:

- Ability to negotiate effectively

- Familiarity with law office software and tools


Work Location: North Carolina


Job Type: W2

Pay: 80k to 85k

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

License/Certification: North Carolina

  • Bar (Required)
