CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Machinist (Direct Hire)

Job Type: Direct hire/Full-Time

Up to $90,000 per year Depending on Experience

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Machinist to join their team. This position offers excellent pay and the opportunity to work on medium to large precision-machined parts in a job shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Horizontal Boring Mills, including Toshiba Horizontal Mills
• Machine medium to large parts to blueprint specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and machining instructions
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offsets
• Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and accuracy
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC Horizontal Boring Mills preferred
• Experience with Toshiba Horizontal Mills strongly preferred

Hours

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation

• Up to $90,000 annually based on experience, machining knowledge, and skill level
