Your Role
As a Dental Hygienist, you play an essential role in delivering comprehensive high-quality relationship-driven care. Youll partner closely with both patients and doctor to support long-term oral health and meaningful outcomes.

How Youll Contribute

• Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care with a high level of clinical precision
• Complete detailed assessments including charting, radiographs, and screenings
• Collaborate with the doctor to support comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
• Maintain strong clinical efficiency while upholding quality and patient experience
• Take ownership of your schedule, workflow, and operatory standards

Patient Experience & Education

• Build trust through confident communication and genuine connection
• Educate patients on oral-systemic health and personalized care strategies
• Help patients understand the purpose behind treatment recommendations

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Dental Hygiene license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong foundation in preventive and periodontal care
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education
• Detail-oriented with consistent and accurate clinical documentation
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused mindset
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care
• Experience with digital imaging and electronic charting systems
• Familiarity with modern dental technology and patient education tools
• Understanding of periodontal protocols and long-term patient management
