The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-volume food production, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes for large events and special occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and execute menus for banquets, weddings and corporate events
Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate food production and sanitation
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and sanitation
Collaborate with event coordinators to customize menus based on client needs
Manage inventory, ordering and cost control
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a banquet chef or in a similar high-volume kitchen role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
