Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders under supervision of the registered nurse.
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and report findings promptly.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the Point-Click-Care (PCC) system.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and comfort measures to support dignity and quality of life.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and facility policies; respond to emergencies as trained.

Requirements
- Point-Click-Care (PCC) system experience REQUIRED.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, three days per week, with every other weekend required.
- Prior long-term care (geriatric) nursing experience preferred.
- Availability to start on 06/08/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment.
- Ability to work on-site in a long-term care setting and follow established care plans.
