CT / X-Ray Technologist - Contract (7 On / 7 Off)

Schedule: Evenings | 12-Hour Shifts | 7 On / 7 Off (Monday–Sunday Work Week)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $79 – $81/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,160 – $3,240/week

Perform CT and Diagnostic X-Ray imaging for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients. Operate fixed and portable imaging equipment, maintain imaging quality standards, ensure patient safety, and support the Medical Imaging Department's daily operations.

• Minimum 2 years of Radiology/CT experience required

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Associate Degree or Imaging Program Certificate preferred

• Experience in Hospital, Emergency Department, and Outpatient Imaging settings

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple imaging priorities

• Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles

• Ability to respond to on-call needs within required timeframes

• ARRT (R) – Radiography Required

• ARRT (CT) – Computed Tomography Required

• Arizona Certified Radiologic Technologist License Required

• Arizona CT Technologist License Required

• BLS (American Heart Association) Required

• CT Imaging Equipment

• Digital Radiography Systems

• PACS

• EMR Systems

• Critical Access Hospital

• Emergency Department

• Inpatient Imaging

• Outpatient Imaging

• Floating Required: Yes

• Will perform imaging services across Emergency Department, Inpatient, and Outpatient settings

• May assist throughout the Medical Imaging Department based on patient volume and operational needs

• Perform CT and X-Ray examinations

• Operate fixed and portable radiographic equipment

• Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation

• Maintain image quality and patient safety standards

• Follow Joint Commission and regulatory requirements

• Assist with quality assurance and equipment maintenance

• Support student training and departmental cross-training initiatives
