Facility: Life Care Center of Sierra Vista
Location: Sierra Vista, AZ
Address: 2305 E Wilcox Dr, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Variable Days | 8-Hour Shifts | 32 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $37 – $39/hr

### Job Summary
Provide physical therapy support services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist with treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and patient rehabilitation in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

### Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Minimum 1 year PTA experience preferred
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehab settings preferred
- Ability to assist with patient mobility, strengthening, and functional training
