Mazak Manufacturing Engineer Technician - CNC Programmer/Machinist (First Shift)

MAZAK MANUFACTURING ENGINEER TECHNICIAN – CNC PROGRAMMER/MACHINIST

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineer Technicians (MET) to operate Mazak CNC machinery and perform programming/machinist functions at our West Chester, Pennsylvania facility. This is a full-time position operating on the first shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain Mazak CNC machinery
• Perform CNC programming and code verification
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain tight tolerances
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform maintenance
• Work collaboratively in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols

Requirements

• 2+ years CNC programming/machinist experience
• Proficiency with Mazak CNC equipment
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain strict quality standards

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $32.00 – $45.00/hour with overtime
• Annual Equivalent: $65,000 – $90,000/year (based on hours)
