Showing Agent Real Estate


We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to stay active in the field, work directly with buyers, and build a strong foundation in real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys meeting people, touring homes, and learning through hands-on experience alongside experienced real estate professionals.


You will learn how to guide buyers through property tours, schedule and manage showing activity, and build confidence in client interactions. As you gain experience, you will develop a better understanding of the home-buying process and how successful agents help clients navigate important decisions from the initial conversation through closing.


Working alongside productive real estate agents, you will learn proven systems, strengthen communication skills, and develop the habits that support long-term success. The focus is on building consistency, staying organized, and creating positive client experiences while gaining valuable real-world exposure.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground level while building toward becoming a producing buyer agent and creating a path toward listing opportunities in the future.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $175,000 at plan


Responsibilities:
  • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
  • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales

Qualifications:
  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
  • Great communication
  • Sales experience
