Swiss CNC Machinist (All Shifts)

SWISS CNC MACHINIST

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to operate Swiss CNC machinery at our West Chester, Pennsylvania facility. This is a full-time position with multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd). Swiss experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Swiss CNC equipment (Tornos or similar)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters as needed
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain tight tolerances
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols

Requirements

• 1+ years CNC machinist experience (Swiss preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $35.00/hour
• Full benefits package
• Shift differential available for 2nd and 3rd shifts
