Inventory Control Forklift Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport materials between warehouse and production areas
• Stage parts and supplies to keep production lines running without interruption
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Conduct and assist with cycle counts
• Ensure loads are secured and handled correctly
• Pitch in with packaging, labeling, and palletizing
• Uphold 5S organization and housekeeping standards
• Follow all safety procedures and GMP requirements

Your Schedule (2-2-3, 12-Hour Shifts)

• Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
• Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am (+10% differential)
• Rotation: Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days (includes weekends)

What You Bring

• Current forklift certification
• Experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing operations
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs with or without accommodation
• Competent in basic math with strong communication skills
• English required for safety and training

Bonus Skills

• Inventory control experience
• Exposure to SAP or other WMS platforms
• Microsoft Office proficiency
