Travel Physical Therapist(Outpatient) - Wilits, California

Location: Wilits, California
Contract: 13 weeks URGENT START
Pay: $2,600 - $2,720 per week
Schedule: 8AM to 4PM Dayshift, 40 hours/week, Outpatient only
Call/Float/Weekend Coverage: No

Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services, plan and conduct treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function, and co‑lead interdisciplinary care.

Responsibilities:

• Complete patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans

• Implement therapy interventions using appropriate techniques and protocols

• Develop care and discharge plans and communicate with care teams

• Complete accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines

• Supervise assigned assistants

• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

• 2 years of PT experience preferred

• 2 years outpatient experience preferred

• NPTE EXAM PASSED

• Current California Physical Therapist License (required)

• BLS/CPR certification

EMR / Documentation:

• Net Health ReDoc

Licensure Note:

• A full California PT license is required to practice there.
