Opportunity:
Stallant Health and Wellness is an active and growing rural health clinic located in Crescent City, which is on the beautiful northern California coast. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our Behavioral Health team. In this role, you will provide
Behavioral health services to our patients as an integral part of the collective and collaborative healthcare services we offer to our patients.

Status:
Full time preferred, but part time would be considered

Location: On-site

Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic counseling services
Coordinate care with internal teams and external community resources
Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards

Requirements:
Active LCSW or LMFT license in the state of California
Focus on CBT and other scientific, evidence-based counseling models
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: $80/hour
