Responsibilities
Perform and interpret CT scans with attention to patient safety and image quality.
Operate CT equipment during night shifts and monitor patient status.
Ensure strict radiation safety compliance for patients and staff.
Maintain and calibrate CT scanners; perform routine quality control checks.
Collaborate with radiologists to optimize protocols for diagnostic accuracy.
Engage in performance metrics; track throughput, turnaround times, and error rates.
Document procedures, ensure accurate patient data, and manage image storage.
Demonstrate eagerness to learn and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Provide excellent patient communication and comfort during imaging procedures.
Support travel requirements; coordinate mobile or remote CT services as needed.
Adhere to department pipelines to forecast workload and achieve targets.
Mentor/assist junior staff; share best practices for imaging quality.
Experience/Qualifications
CT imaging experience with interpretation and report accuracy.
Radiation safety compliance for patients and staff.
Night shift operations and travel-ready for mobile CT services.
CT scanner maintenance, calibration, and routine QC checks.
Collaboration with radiologists to optimize imaging protocols.
Performance metrics familiarity: throughput, turnaround, error tracking.
Accurate documentation, patient data integrity, and image storage management.
Excellent patient communication; patient comfort during imaging.
Mentor junior staff; share best practices for imaging quality.
Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
