Remington College is seeking an exceptional bilingual Construction and Building Maintenance Instructor
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic construction and building maintenance professional ready to make a difference by educating students who are eager to train in construction and building maintenance? We’re seeking construction and building maintenance professional to join the academic team on a part-time basis.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Instruct and evaluate students in your area of specialty.
- Keep up to date with and effectively use technology and media in the classroom.
- Track student attendance and post assignment feedback in a timely manner.
- Attend faculty/staff and in-service meetings.
- Implement and adhere to all school policies.
- Participate in graduation ceremonies.
- Perform other duties/participate in special projects as assigned.
Education/Experience Needed:
- An associate degree or higher in construction and building maintenance, HVAC, business, or a related field.
- At least four (4) years of related experience in courses taught.
- Experience with green applications, building security and safety systems, logic controllers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
