Physical Therapist (PT) - (Travel/Local) Contract

Facility: Ridgecrest Post Acute
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days | 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $55 – $57/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,200 – $2,280/week

Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, rehabilitation services, and patient education in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Work with patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, and other conditions affecting mobility and function.

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

• Strong rehabilitation and patient care skills

• Ability to manage a full caseload in a post-acute setting

• PT License – Required

• BLS – Preferred

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

• Post-Acute Rehabilitation
