Staff Pharmacist (Overnight) - Travel Contract

• Overnight Shift

• 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off

• Wednesday – Tuesday Rotation

• Shift Time: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• No On-Call

• No 48-Hour Guarantee

• No Block Scheduling

• Holidays Required

• $75 – $77 per hour

• Approx. $3,080 – $4,312 per week gross
  (depending on hours worked)

• Active Arizona Pharmacist License required

• BLS certification required

• ACLS certification required

• Minimum 2 years recent inpatient hospital pharmacist experience required

• Sterile compounding experience required

• Ability to work independently required

• Board Certification and/or Pharmacy Residency preferred

• Acute care hospital experience required

• Cerner EMR experience preferred

• Safely dispense and manage pharmaceutical medications

• Collaborate with physicians regarding medication dosing and therapy

• Provide medication education to patients and healthcare staff

• Perform sterile IV compounding and admixture preparation

• Monitor patient medication profiles and adverse drug reactions

• Maintain narcotic accountability and medication safety standards

• Ensure compliance with DEA, Joint Commission, and hospital policies

• 44 Beds + Emergency Department

• EMR System: Cerner

• Clean and smoke-free healthcare environment
