• Maintain accurate daily activity and pipeline updates for visibility.

• Achieve individual quotas while contributing to team goals.

• Document and report key metrics to monitor progress and trends.

• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and pursue professional development.

• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

• Proactively seek feedback and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for growth within the territory through research.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Attend training sessions and apply new skills to improve outcomes.

• Represent the company professionally in client interactions and field visits.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform ECHO procedures with accuracy and speed.

• Accurate daily activity, pipeline, and KPI updates for visibility.

• Meet or exceed individual quotas while supporting team targets.

• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and pursue ongoing professional development.

• Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance.

• Document and report key metrics to monitor progress and trends.

• Proactively seek feedback and implement efficiency improvements.

• Research territory opportunities to identify growth prospects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.

• Attend training sessions and apply new skills to improve outcomes.

• Represent the company professionally during client interactions and field visits.
