How You Will Make an Impact
- Utilize advanced AI tools to build accurate assemblies, map precise takeoffs, and convert data into comprehensive paint estimates.
- Manage detailed project documentation and maintain meticulous notes to successfully recollect, revise, and relay information.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to align estimate parameters with real-world field capabilities and timelines.
- Review technical blueprints and architectural drawings independently to identify scope requirements for residential and commercial finishes.
- Track project data autonomously to optimize estimation accuracy and support the company's continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in construction estimating with a basic knowledge of paint and finishes.
- Proven ability to utilize AI technology for building assemblies, mapping digital takeoffs, and generating final cost estimates.
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated history of detail-oriented note-taking and consistent project follow-up.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently in a hybrid remote office environment.
- Demonstrated capacity for open communication, cooperation, and proactive collaboration within a professional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working on or managing complex commercial finishing estimates.
- Familiarity with specialized manufacturer training or industry-specific estimating software applications.
