We are actively interviewing on behalf of our Client in Texas for a Physical Therapist who is recognized for delivering a patient-first, team-driven experience.

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based treatments that improve patient outcomes
- Progress patients using clinical reasoning (not templated care plans)
- Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional interventions
- Educate patients on treatment plans and recovery goals
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete timely and efficient documentation
- Support and mentor students as needed
- Patient Ratio is 1:1
- Adult Only (some young adults with sports injuries)

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Texas PT license (or eligible)
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and assist with patient transfers
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a clinical setting
