Associate - Corporate (Finance) - Los Angeles

Direct Counsel is working with an Am Law 100 firm seeking a talented and driven 3rd–4th year associate to join its Corporate Advisory (Finance) practice. The position is open in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, or Dallas.

Qualifications:
