Physical Therapist (AHMC) – 13 Week Contract
Location: California, CA 95437
Contract Dates: 05/11/2026 – 08/09/2026 (**13 weeks**)
* Pay Range: $2,382 – $2,669 weekly
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 x 8-hour shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
* Shift Type: Day Shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
* Experience: Open to new grads; 2 years PT experience preferred
* Education Requirement: DPT required (if licensed on/after Jan 2016)
* Certification: BLS/CPR required (facility-approved vendor)
* Licensure: Active Physical Therapy license in California required
* Additional Notes: UFCW represented role; vaccination compliance required (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
Position Summary & Responsibilities
* Perform PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Deliver therapy interventions across inpatient/outpatient rehab populations
* Coordinate discharge planning and interdisciplinary care communication
* Document accurately in PowerChart (inpatient) and ReDoc (outpatient)
* Supervise PT assistants as assigned
