About the Role
An established and highly respected orthopedic and sports medicine organization is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to join its growing team in the Cincinnati area.
In this role, you'll perform diagnostic radiographic procedures while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic environment. You'll work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and patients to ensure high-quality imaging, patient safety, and efficient workflow operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a radiologic technologist who thrives in a collaborative setting and enjoys working with musculoskeletal and orthopedic patients. Candidates who are adaptable, energetic, and team-oriented will be especially successful in this environment.
Required Skills
Completion of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program
Active ARRT Certification
Active Indiana State Radiography License
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
Experience with radiology equipment operation and troubleshooting
Knowledge of radiation safety practices and patient positioning
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and accurate documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and patient interaction abilities
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Previous orthopedic or sports medicine imaging experience
Experience working in ambulatory or outpatient settings
Familiarity with procedure room or surgical imaging workflows
Traveler experience preferred but not required
