Responsibilities
- Implement and modify OT treatment plans for residents under supervision of an OT, in collaboration with the care team.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor progress using standard measures; document findings in the chart.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility tasks to promote independence and safety.
- Administer therapeutic activities and modalities as directed; monitor for safety, quality of care, and patient response.
- Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team; participate in care planning discussions.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Current certification/licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in good standing (state of MT preferred).
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or geriatric rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Ability to work day shift and commit to a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours (36 per week); flexibility to meet patient needs.
- Strong documentation skills and comfort with electronic medical records; effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capable of functioning in a SNF environment, adhering to safety, privacy, and professional standards.
