What you'll do

• Set up and run CNC VMCs and lathes (including multi‑axis) to produce precision parts to engineering specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and CAD-based drawings; apply GD&T to verify critical features.
• Perform routine machine care and address minor issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor processes and make smart adjustments to maintain quality and throughput.
• Complete in‑process and final inspections with precision measurement tools.
• Collaborate with peers and engineers to refine setups and improve processes.
• Keep the cell clean, organized, and safe in accordance with company standards.

What you bring

• 3–4 years in a production or job shop environment operating and setting up CNC equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining preferred.
• Working knowledge of G‑Code and confident with offsets and minor program edits.
• Blueprint literacy with strong GD&T comprehension.
• Proficiency with changeovers, tooling, and inspection methods.
• Detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, and effective in both solo and team settings.
