Position: ABCD - Generalists
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs to improve AI model performance across various domains.
• Annotate data and flag quality issues in research and legal domains.
• Apply consistent judgment across large volumes of tasks to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance model outputs.
• Work independently with structured tasks and clear guidelines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, or 2–3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's from a reputable institution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent judgment.
• Excellent written communication and research skills.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed rubrics and evaluation guidelines.

Preferred

• Background in law, STEM, humanities, or social sciences.
