Your Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads.
  2. Shadow experienced agents and participate in weekly training sessions to master our system.
  3. Conduct buyer consultations and show homes in the Central TX area.
  4. Host open houses to connect with prospective buyers.
  5. Commit to a daily schedule of follow-up and lead nurturing.

Qualifications:

  1. Active Real Estate License (Required)
  2. A "student mentality"—eager to learn and willing to follow a proven model.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Reliable transportation and familiarity with the Temple/Belton area.
  5. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software (CRM, email, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $50,000 - $125,000+ per year (Commission-based)
