Personal Care Home Administrator for Personal Care Facility
Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:
We are looking for a detail oriented and strategic Personal Care Home Administrator ( PCHA ) at our Personal Care Facility in Allentown, PA area to lead and oversee our services. The Personal Care Home Administrator ( PCHA ) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of these services. This is a full time, in person position.
Qualifications for Personal Care Home Administrator:
- Completion of a state-approved 100-hour PCHA training program and successful passage of the required competency exam, in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Human Services regulations.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to:
Supervise and guide staff effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain high standards of resident care.
Responsibilities for Personal Care Home Administrator:
- Oversee daily operations of the personal care home, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania DHS regulations while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, compassion, and teamwork.
