Base Salary

• Base salary starts at $96K+ annually depending on experience and qualifications.

• Compensation is highly negotiable for the right candidate based on experience, specialty background, and overall fit.

• Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.

• Compensation is determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.

• Posted compensation reflects the base pay range for the position.

• Additional compensation opportunities may include shift differentials, overtime, standby/on-call pay, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities where applicable.

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting.

• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, independence, and quality of life.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Deliver evidence-based care in a supportive clinical environment.

Some of What We’re Looking For:

• Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, Master’s, or Bachelor’s).

• BLS certification.

• 1+ years of experience preferred.
