Base Salary- Base salary starts at $96K+ annually depending on experience and qualifications.
- Compensation is highly negotiable for the right candidate based on experience, specialty background, and overall fit.
- Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
- Compensation is determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
- Posted compensation reflects the base pay range for the position.
- Additional compensation opportunities may include shift differentials, overtime, standby/on-call pay, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities where applicable.
- This is a full-time position with full benefits.

Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families throughout the treatment and recovery process.
Deliver evidence-based care in a supportive clinical environment.

Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, Master’s, or Bachelor’s).
BLS certification.
1+ years of experience preferred.
