Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care is needed at a facility in Wautoma, Wisconsin. This professional will join a 100% outpatient team, working alongside a part-time physical therapist, two physical therapist assistants, and a part-time occupational therapist. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position is scheduled to start on June 22, 2026.
Job Details:
- Location: Wautoma, Wisconsin
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM), Monday through Thursday
- Required Qualifications: Doctorate Degree; Wisconsin Physical Therapist License; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; 1-2+ years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (will accept new grads); outpatient clinic experience required; EPIC charting experience within the last year required; previous travel experience strongly preferred; candidates must bring their license on the first day.
- Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience highly preferred.
- Additional Information: Guaranteed hours per week: 40; contract duration: 13 weeks; no weekend shifts; no on-call responsibilities; holidays as needed; billing occurs from Sunday to Saturday; 8-hour unbillable orientation.
- Shift Notes: The position involves 10-hour workdays.
- Float: Float rotation may be required to all ThedaCare facilities if needed.
