Warehouse Worker

Our client, a leader in logistics and distribution services, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will enable success within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: Rochester, MN

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour

Shift: 1st- M-F 7:30a-4p 

What's the Job?

• Provide light industrial services such as moving palletized material using Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Load trucks efficiently and safely using MHE, including electric pallet jacks
• Assist in maintaining organized and clean warehouse environments
• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment, including electric pallet jacks
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse or distribution environment
