Bulk Operator - Stand-up Forklift Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in chemical and manufacturing services, is seeking a Bulk Operator - Stand-up Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Bulk Operator - Stand-up Forklift Operator, you will be part of the South Terminal supporting operations related to unloading rail cars and transferring raw materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bulk Operator - Stand-up Forklift Operator

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: $21.00

Shift: 7:00 am – 7:30 pm. 2-2-3 Rotation (Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, repeat)  This schedule includes working every other weekend.

What's the Job?

• Present candidates to the hiring manager via email and confirm interview schedules using BH templates.
• Safely load and unload non-hazardous bulk chemicals from trucks, ISO containers, and storage tanks across the facility grounds.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, yard trucks, pumps, piping, hoses, and valves to facilitate material transfers.
• Perform truck scaling operations and accurately document processed products following all procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to safety, environmental, and quality policies.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience operating a forklift and working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience unloading rail cars and transferring raw materials is highly desirable.
• Ability to work at heights up to 70 feet and in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand or walk for extended periods.
