- Builds and retains a strong culinary team where opportunities for growth are encouraged and all members are valued.
- Collaborates with all care providers.
- Oversees and maintains a safe and sanitary environment.
- Manages and oversee efficient operations to maximize resident satisfaction including oversight of the culinary budget.
Qualifications Required:
- Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course and certification where applicable.
- Accreditation as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or currently enrolled in approved CDM course and will be eligible to write CDM exam at completion of course work within 16 months of hire.

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Culinary Director to become a valued member of our community and leadership team in Owatonna, MN.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience. This position is exempt, Monday through Friday, with shared responsibilities of being on-call every other weekend and filing in as a Cook or Culinary Server as needed.
