Job Description

Be Part Of A High-Performing Team:

Join a research-driven life sciences team supporting early-stage immunology work tied to the development of protein-based therapeutics. This onsite laboratory group is focused on evaluating immune responses, supporting de-immunization strategies, and generating research data that helps determine whether therapeutic candidates can move forward safely and effectively. The environment is collaborative, hands-on, and team-oriented, with close partnership across immunology, protein engineering, and related research groups.

What's In Store For You:

Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)

This is an onsite opportunity in Lebanon, New Hampshire, with strong exposure to cell culture, immunology research, flow cytometry-related workflows, leukopak handling procedures, and biotherapeutic research. The assignment is structured as a long-term temporary engagement with potential for conversion based on performance and business needs. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday during first shift hours, with rare weekend support possible for cell culture-related activities.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Support day-to-day laboratory research for an immunology team working on protein therapeutic evaluation.
  • Perform extensive in vitro cell culture work to support ongoing research studies.
  • Assist with leukopak handling procedures, including cell isolation, cell washing, cell counting, viability assessment, microscopy review, and cryopreservation.
  • Contribute to immunology research activities involving immune pathways, protein signaling, and immune response evaluation.
  • Support flow cytometry-related work and other immunoassay techniques used to assess cellular responses.
  • Generate, organize, and analyze experimental data to support scientific conclusions.
  • Prepare clear summaries of results and support research presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate closely with a small lab-based team while also interacting with cross-functional research partners.

Do you bring hands-on cell culture experience and interest in immunology research?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Immunology, Biology, Cell Biology, or a related scientific field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant research or laboratory experience.
  • Must have hands-on in vitro cell culture experience.
  • Experience with cell isolation, cell washing, cell counting, viability assessment, microscopy, and cryopreservation is strongly preferred.
  • Immunology background is preferred, including coursework, academic projects, immune pathway studies, protein signaling pathway exposure, or related research experience.
  • Flow cytometry experience is highly preferred.
  • Leukopak handling or leukopak processing experience is ideal, but related cell handling experience may be considered.
  • Exposure to immunoassay techniques such as ELISpot, FluoroSpot, ELISA, or immunoprecipitation is a plus.
  • Experience culturing primary immune cells, expanding T cells, culturing dendritic cells, epitope mapping, or immunopeptidomics is a plus.
  • In vivo murine model experience, Python, data analysis, or high-throughput lab automation experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be comfortable working onsite in a collaborative laboratory environment with occasional weekend work when cell culture needs require it.
