Sanitation Manager

Sanitation Manager | Food Manufacturing

We are hiring a Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation operations at a wholesale bakery facility in Hayward, CA. This is an early grave shift leadership role responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise the sanitation team across all shifts
• Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation programs including Master Sanitation Schedule
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and FDA requirements
• Coordinate sanitation activities with production and quality teams
• Train and develop sanitation staff on procedures and food safety standards
• Monitor chemical usage, equipment, and sanitation effectiveness
• Maintain accurate sanitation records and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of sanitation supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
• Bakery or baked goods experience a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
