Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care facility. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities and assist nursing staff in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Take and record vital signs, weight, intake/output
• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, and organized
• Assist with meals and feeding support
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly
• Promote dignity, comfort, and independence

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification
• Strong ADL patient care experience
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in long-term care setting
• Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
