Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist to join a growing, multidisciplinary spine, pain, and neuroscience practice in Northeast Florida. This position provides the opportunity to manage a diverse neurological patient population while working alongside experienced providers dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
• Diagnose and treat disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and nervous system
• Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations, including history, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing management of neurological conditions
• Order and interpret neurological testing, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions appropriate for neurological disorders
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate with pain management, spine, orthopedic, and rehabilitation specialists to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative care strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in neurology and neuroscience care
Requirements
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Eligible for or currently holding an active Florida medical license
• Experience managing neurological and neuromuscular disorders preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Knowledge of current neurological treatment protocols and technologies
