OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Healthcare Outreach Ambassador to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong healthcare outreach, community relations, and B2B healthcare sales experience who is passionate about building referral partnerships and helping grow healthcare services within the community.
The Outreach Ambassador will serve as the face of the organization throughout the local healthcare market by developing relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, senior living communities, and community organizations.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community organizations
Execute strategic outreach and business development initiatives to drive census growth and community awareness
Conduct outside sales calls and networking meetings within the healthcare community
Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, provider meetings, and networking functions
Build partnerships with senior living communities, home health agencies, and healthcare facilities
Educate referral sources, patients, and families about available healthcare services
Collaborate closely with internal leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support growth initiatives
Track outreach activity, referral trends, and relationship management efforts
Maintain a strong presence in the local healthcare market and identify new referral opportunities
Minimum 3 years of healthcare outreach, healthcare sales, or community relations experience required
Strong background in B2B healthcare relationship development required
Experience working with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, or senior healthcare organizations preferred
Proven ability to develop referral partnerships and grow business relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
