Why this team

• You’ll join the Instrument Supplier Quality organization and report to the Sr. Quality Manager, Instrument Quality.
• We solve cross-functional problems shoulder-to-shoulder with R&D, Operations, and Regulatory.
• We use the Danaher Business System to drive measurable, continuous improvement.

What you will tackle

• Own supplier lifecycle quality: selection, qualification, change notification review, auditing, corrective action leadership, and performance scorecards.
• Develop supplier material control plans integrated with product qualification strategies.
• Lead investigations into supplier-attributed manufacturing issues and drive durable corrective actions.
• Travel to supplier sites to resolve performance issues at the source.
• Provide recommendations for field actions to the product regulatory committee.
• Facilitate Kaizen events to streamline transactional workflows, decrease variability, implement lean methods, and eliminate waste—enhancing throughput and team engagement.

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or similar) with 5+ years of quality experience; or 3+ years with a master’s; or a doctoral degree.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR 820 and ISO 14971.

Nice-to-haves

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential.
