Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed in northwest OR - ALL outpatient Job # 7923 

* Join a thriving outpatient Family Medicine clinic located at the hospital
*Uses Athena EMR
* You will work with 2 physicians in the clinic and another 2 clinics at the same location (pulmonary and infectious disease)
* Shared Call rotation
* Full support staff
* 34 Days per year time off- includes vacations, dick, holidays,  with generous benefit package ,401K plan, sign on bonus and relocation allowance

* Located in northwest OR, just outside of the state capital, Salem, and about 2 hours to Portland
* Experience as a NP/PA
