Job Description
Your day, at a glance

From the moment the doors open, you’re the go-to talent matchmaker. You welcome walk-in applicants with a professional, friendly presence; you review fresh applications in the ATS; and you coordinate a slate of in‑person, phone, and virtual interviews. By midday, you’re presenting qualified shortlists to client companies and advising them on skills, experience, and culture fit. In the afternoon, you’re scheduling start dates, confirming safety expectations with associates, and checking in on attendance and performance to keep assignments on track. Before you close, you update job postings across platforms and document every step in our systems.

What you’ll own
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across industrial, administrative, skilled trades, and professional roles.
  • Conduct structured in‑person, phone, and virtual interviews to evaluate capabilities, work history, and role alignment.
  • Build supportive relationships with job seekers and maintain a welcoming lobby experience for walk‑ins.
  • Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach to expand and diversify the talent pipeline.
  • Match candidates to opportunities based on qualifications, preferences, and client needs.
  • Partner with local businesses to understand workforce requirements and company culture, then present curated candidate summaries.
  • Maintain ongoing client communication on performance, scheduling, and workforce planning; identify leads that support the sales team.
  • Promote the value of Express services through professional, consultative communication.
  • Manage end‑to‑end placement: onboarding, scheduling, assignment updates, and post‑start follow‑up.
  • Ensure associates understand job expectations, safety rules, and worksite procedures.
  • Track hours, attendance, and performance; resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system and internal databases.
  • Coordinate temp-to-hire (evaluation‑to‑hire), direct hire, and temporary assignments in line with client requirements.
  • Assist applicants with online applications, assessments, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies.
  • Refresh and optimize job postings on multiple platforms for accuracy and visibility.
  • Support office flow: phones, front desk coverage, and candidate throughput management.
