We are immediately hiring Production Technicians for our largest production facility located at 400 ARDEX Park Drive, Todd Road, Aliquippa (Center Township), PA 15001.

As a Production Technician, you will operate a range of equipment used to manufacture ARDEX flooring products in a stable, team-oriented environment. Pay starts at $20.00/hour plus paid time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, and more.

Schedule

• Non-rotating, steady shifts
• Monday - Friday
• 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
• 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery
• Measure and weigh raw materials
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Package products for shipment
• Properly store raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
• Occasional kneeling, bending, and physical movement required
