- Shift Schedule: Mon – Fri; 8a – 5p
- Reason for Coverage: Supplemental
- Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Agency
- Patient Demographics: Pediatric and Adults
- Average Daily Volume: 18
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MA
- Board: BC/BE required
- Licenses: Licensed in CA
- DEA: Active DEA required
- Certifications: BLS, PALS
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar setting (panel management)
- Immunizations/titers: Flu, TB clearance, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and Tdap
- Provide primary care services to a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
- Maintain a minimum patient volume of 18 patients per day.
- Manage chronic pain cases within the outpatient setting.
- Ensure timely documentation and chart closure within 72 hours.
- Collaborate with support staff including RNs and MAs to provide quality patient care.
